Terms of use
Updated 26 October 2026Approved by Eigenaar ForexPlatform on 27 October 2026
These terms apply to the use of the ForexPlatform website. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
1. What ForexPlatform does
ForexPlatform compares regulated forex and CFD brokers and provides general explanations about trading. We are not a broker ourselves, don't execute transactions and don't hold visitors' money.
2. No investment advice
All information on this website is general. It doesn't take your financial situation, knowledge, experience or objectives into account, and is not personal investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial product. Any decision to trade with a broker is your own and at your own risk.
3. Accuracy of information
We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date. We verify licences in public registers and take costs from official sources. Even so, broker conditions change regularly and our data may contain errors. Always check the current terms on the broker's website before opening an account. Spotted a mistake? Let us know at info@forexplatform.eu.
4. Risks
Trading CFDs and forex involves a high level of risk. Most retail investors lose money. Read our risk warning.
5. Links to other websites
Our website contains links to broker websites and other parties. We are not responsible for the content, services or privacy policies of those websites. We may receive a fee for links to brokers.
6. Liability
ForexPlatform is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this website or its information, from decisions you make based on it, or from a broker's services. This does not apply where liability cannot be excluded by law, for example in the case of intent or gross negligence.
7. Intellectual property
Texts, design, scores and tools on this website are owned by ForexPlatform. You may consult them for personal use and share them with attribution and a link. Copying or reusing them for commercial purposes requires our written permission.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is always the current version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
